Finally, a contractor that gets it! John was on-time, courteous, and had great ideas about how to work within the constraints of our 100+ year-old house. He asked great questions, and shared his opinion without being pushy. I've recommended him to several of my friends, and he's never disappointed.

John and his team were selected from several contractors I interviewed to remodel a (very small) bathroom. The project was completed on time, within budget and the entire team was extremely professional. John, and his team, were knowledgable about all stages of the process from design, to scheduling and the work itself. What impressed me the most was they over communicated with me, about deadlines, changes and any issues which arose. To me, that is the mark of a true professional. If an issue arose, they had a solution and kept me in the loop the entire time. I will be calling John and his team with my next project.

They were easy to communicate with in person, by phone, or through their online portal where all of the plans and the design board can be accessed. Jesse was on site frequently to ensure that everything was proceeding as planned and to the level of quality that they demand. What stood out to me was how well the Creekstone team communicated throughout the process and how thoughtfully they guided us through the inevitable challenges that come with a major remodel.
